@iTracki: That was quick! Will you update your review once the game is officially out?
@Pointoflight: Please refer below for our answers.
1. The entire team mentioned this so we decided to fix it on BETA 2.
2. Oversight. Good point.
3. Hmmm the "bounding" box for an item is just between the actual image width and before the "edge" of the actual illustration--I know this is too technical but to sum it up, focusing on the item's center is your best bet.
4. Again, good point. Will be fixed on BETA 2.
5. To be honest, we're kinda unsure of this too. So any suggestions guys? Shall we call it "P" for platform instead of "L" for level? Will post another thread for this and allow everyone to share their thoughts.
6. Same here. The side shadows will be lighter on BETA 2. We fixed it too.
7. Agreed. Though to be honest, our budget for this project is currently too tight considering that the game will be released for FREE. If Jumpbot proves to be a hit and we get more revenues from it, we will not hesitate to add more tracks and sounds.
Glad you liked the game! Which reminds me, should I give a brief history of Jumpbot to give everyone an idea? What do you guys think?
