Okay, so I ended up moving all my mail to Thunderbird. This solves my problem temporarily until I figure out what’s up with Apple Mail.

Was able to repair my Disk, reinstall OSX but still couldn’t figure out why Mail is running sooo slow. Any similar experience guys?
